* Introduction:

            Thank you for using the MITPANA products, services, and features provided to you from the platform ( collectively the service)

* Our service:

The service provides you both a free and subscription-based service that allows us and users to access entertainment content including movies and series streamed over the internet to certain devices. These terms of use (term) govern your use of the site, collectively any use of the site or any content or any of the interactive functionality or features provided by the site, regardless of how you access them, are referred to as the "MITPANA service". By registering for accessing, browsing, or using the MITPANA service, you at least that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the terms you may not use the MITPANA services.

        You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of the MITPANA services minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.

(i) Biding contract:

        By registering for our or using the MITPANA services, either through MITPANA apps or via other services such as Facebook, Google you confirm that you are 18 years of age or more. That any information you submit to MITPANA is true, accurate, and compile, and that you agree to the terms and conditions of these terms our Privacy Policy, and our Intellectual property policy.

We reserve that right to modify or discontinue the site (or any portion of the MITPANA services) temporarily or permanently with or without notice to you and are not obligated to support or update the apps. You agree that MITPANA shall not be liable to you or any third party in the event that we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the apps (or any portion of the MITPANA services) unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that enhance the current apps shall be subject to these terms.

(ii) Other parties:

    You accepted that as a limited liability entity MITPANA services have an interest in limiting the personal liability of its offices and employees you agree that you will not bring any claims personally against MITPANA service offices or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the apps.

(iii) The MITPANA services:

 (a) Subject to these terms and your payment of the applicable fee for services (fees). MITPANA grants to you a limited non-exclusive right to use the MITPANA services for the noncommercial purpose to stream the specific content that you have purchased which is provided by third parties (providers) and to participate in a community of uses to provide comments and to submit subtitles for content. You do not have a right to transfer
or sublicense your right under these terms including access to any content that you have purchased use of third-party service is subject to any applicable terms of use terms of service policies or user agreements prohibited by the third-party service time to time.

(b) The quality of streaming content may vary from computer to computer and device to device, may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location the bandwidth available through and the speed of your internet connection. The MITPANA services or specific content may only be available in certain geographic locations and availability may vary by geographic location.

(c) The MITPANA services use software that is proprietary to MITPANA to enable the real-time streaming of content  ("MITPANA software"). The MITPANA software is licensed to you by MITPANA pursuant to these terms solely for the purpose of using the MITPANA services and for no other purpose. Whatsoever you are expressly prohibited from copying reproducing, decompiling, reverse engineering, dissembling, modifying, or creating derivative works of the MITPANA software or any portion thereof. Any unauthorized use of the MITPANA software is strictly prohibited and we reserve the to discontinue provision of the MITPANA software at any time without prior or any notice.

(d) In response to a request from providers, or due to technical limitations, or for any reason in our sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice to you, some or all content may be removed from MITPANA services or may cease to be available from streaming.

Payments

(i) MITPANA will automatically start billing as per your selected payment method for the relevant subscription plans selected by you at the time of registration through the third-party payment gateway.

(ii) You can't change your payment method during the tenure of your subscriptions. If your selected payment,ent method is no longer available or expires or your payment method fails for whatsoever reason, you will be responsible and liable for any uncollected amounts, and MITPANA reserves the right to terminate the subscriptions offered to you.

(iii) MITPANA will be automatically billed as per your payment method for each subscription period on a monthly basis. However, if you change your membership plan, this could result in changing the day on which you are billed and the amount which you are billed.

(iv) You also understand and acknowledge that MITPANA only facilitates the third-party payment gateway for the processing of payment. This facility is managed by the third-party payment gateway provider and you are required to follow all the terms and conditions of such a third-party payment gateway provider.

(v) You may pay the fee using the method available for the particular service and you agree to the terms and conditions applicable to each payment method you choose. Payment methods may vary by service and may include credit or debit card, mobile, or other methods. 

                   The subscription fees billed are non-refundable irrespective of whether the subscription has been avail by you or not. Any request for change or cancellation in any subscription plan prior to the expiration of the current subscription plan period will not entail a refund for any portion of the subscription fee paid by you for the unexpired period.

Termination of service:

    MITPANA reserves the right to immediately terminate, suspend, limit, or restrict your account or your use of the service or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if MITPANA show determines in its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including that you have breached these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, violated any law, rules or regulation, engaged in any inappropriate conduct, provided false or inaccurate information, or for any other reason. You hereby agree and consent to the above and agree and acknowledge that MITPANA can its sole discretion, exercise its right in relation to any or all of the above and that MITPANA, its Directors, Officers, Employees, Affiliates agents, Contractors, Principals, or Licensors shall not be liable in any manner for the same and you hereby agree, acknowledge consent to the same. You hereby also agree that MITPANA shall not refund any amounts that may you have paid to access and or use the services.

Advertising:

    MITPANA expressly disclaims any liability arising out of the advertisement, usage, or viewing of these products or services advertised on our apps or the third-party content mode available / hosted on the third-party sites.

                MITPANA takes no responsibilities for advertisements or any third-party material posted on the site nor does it takes any responsibility for the products or services provided by advertisers. Any dealings you have with advertisers found while using the services are between you and the advertiser, and you agree that MITPANA is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against an advertiser.

Disclaimers of warranties:

You agree that the use of the services and access to the apps is at your own risk. The services including the site, the content, the video player, user material, and any other material contained on or provided through the site are provided 'as is and to the fullest extent permitted by law, provides without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, without limiting the foregoing. MITPANA does not make any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, title, merchantability completeness, availability, security, compatibility, or non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components, accurate error-free, or reliable.

Indemnification:

        You agree to indemnify, save and hold MITPANA. its affiliated Directors, Employees, Agents, and its third party supplier, Licensor and Partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of MITPANA services, any violation by you of these terms, or any breach of the representation, warranties and covenants made by you of herein.

Legal Disclaimers:

        This offer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Manipur, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of India, Manipur.

Severability:

        If any provisions of these terms and conditions its held invalid, void, or unenforceable then those provisions shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions given full force and effect.

Changes and updates to these terms:

        From time to time, MITPANA may revise these terms. To have you stay current of any changes, MITPANA roles the data these terms were last updated above. Your use of the MITPANA services following the posting of any revised terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised, terms MITPANA strongly recommends checking these terms periodically.

Survival:

        You acknowledge that your representations, undertakings, and warranties and the clauses relating to indemnities, limitation of liability, grant of a license, governing law, confidentiality shall service the efflux of time and the termination of these terms and conditions.

Entire Agreement:

                        These terms and conditions and privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between you and MITPANA governing your use of the services, superseding any prior agreements between you and MITPANA regarding such use. Further, your acceptance of these terms constitutes a valid and binding agreement between you and MITPANA.
